  • Do we have a guarantee for revenue or occupancy metrics?

    While we can give local insight as well as gather data from our online resources, we have no control over the "real time" supply and demand of a market. With that, we can’t guarantee any type of metrics. However, we would be happy to show you our track record with hitting the numbers we project.

  • Is there room for negotiation on your management fee?

    In short, it is not flexible. Our pricing reflects the exceptional quality and unique value of the services we provide. We are confident that your experience will exceed expectations, leaving you focused on the results rather than the cost.

  • Do we help you launch the property?

    Absolutely! You can find out property launch packages and a downloadable PDF file on our "services" page.

  • How do you enforce a "no party" rule?

    We have no interest in hosting parties, as it upsets neighbors, owners, our cleaners, and us. But we must define a party. There can be a fine line between a raging party with loud music and alcohol, and a group of 10-12 people gathering together to have a responsible time. 


    While we can't predict the outcome, we use our guest screening process and experience to help determine whether a guest is a high risk to "party" or not.

  • What does "Kingdom Hospitality" mean?

    Everything we do is for the Kingdom of our Savior, Jesus Christ. From the top on down, the glory goes to Him. We strongly belive our purpose in business is to bring our guests and owners closer to Jesus by demonstrating his love in our everyday actions.


    So when we say "kingdom hospitality", we mean that we are delivering a type of customer service that represents Christ's love for us and others.

  • What steps do you take to maintain our property?

    We have our own preventative maintenance program, which you can read about on our services page.

  • How do you handle an emergency, like no power, no water, or no heat?

    These types of things happen in every home, and they happen at the worst times. But we have processes in place to mitigate the damage with these items, as well as having login access to certain items to ensure we are able to lead the process in finding the solution without bothering our owners.

  • How do you determine the nightly rate for our home?

    In short, through the supply and demand, which is gathered by Pricelabs, our dynamic pricing partner.


    There will never be a "set price". Some nights throughout the year will be 5-10x the price of another night, but its based on supply, demand, and booking lead time.

  • How do you ensure our property stays secure when nobody is on site?

    With our security management program, which involves cameras, smart locks, and smart thermostats.


    This allows us to control the status of the property at all times.
