Bronze
Our most economical launch package, where we will be there to virtually guide you through the set up process as well as provide a comprehensive set up list, but we do not design the property or physically set up.
Silver
This is a hybrid between the Bronze and our Gold. We do everything included in the Bronze package, with the major addition being that we will design 100% of the property interior and exterior for you.
Gold
For those who want the entire process, from start to finish (first guest ready), the gold package is for you. You get everything from the Silver package, with the addition of 100% of the set up labor and trash removal.
After understanding your needs, we can determine which package would best suit your situation. These packages are assuming your property is NOT currently operating as a short term rental. If your property is an active short term rental, we will discuss a customized and condensed package for you.
