    Our preventive maintenance program is what takes our services to the next level. Rather than wait for issues to arise (reactive), which can lead to costly repairs, upset guests, or even canceled stays, we get ahead of this by performing monthly routine inspections in seven major areas of the home: 1) Plumbing, 2) Electrical, 3) Heating & Cooling, 4) Kitchen, 5) Laundry, 6) Exterior, and 7) General Misc.

  • Guest communication

    We handle 100% of the communication before, during, and after a guest's stay at your property.

  • Guesty Screening

    We partner with Superhog, who is a 3rd party screening/verification company that verifies that each guest is approved to stay at your property.

  • 24/7/365 Security

    We have eyes on your property at all time through our mandatory security management program. This includes a Ring Camera (at least one), Smart Lock, and Smart Thermostat.

  • Dynamic Pricing

    Your property will have a customized dynamic pricing strategy that will be monitored weekly and adjusted throughout the year.

  • Listing Rank & SEO

    We can't get you bookings if your property is not able to found on OTA's like Airbnb or Vrbo. Which is why understanding how to rank on the 1st page, and how to make adjustments as needed, is crucial to the overall financial success of the property.

  • Marketing OTA's

    Your property will be listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Vacation, Zillow, Expedia, and various insurance agency sites (ALE Solutions).

  • Direct Booking Website

    You'll also have a custom direct booking website for your property.

  • Retargeting Campaigns

    All guests who volunarily provide their name, email, and phone number are then retargeted over the next 15 months through a email/text campaign. 

  • Welcome Guidebook

    Each guest will receive a copy of your properties "Digital Welcome Guidebook", providing the guest with local recomendations, must know hows regarding the house, and emergency information.

  • Vendor Management

    From cleaners, to lawn care, and everything between, we find, vet, hire, manage all vendors. 

  • Trash Management

    While it seems small, trash can pile up in a hurry if trash day is missed. We'll organize a trash management plan for you.

  • Monthly Reports

    You are given a "monthly owner report" showcasing the prior months performance, along with any important metrics.
